Meesterlijk Ondernemen processes your personal data for the following purposes:
• To handle your payment;
• To send you an E-book, newsletter or other information;
• To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary for the performance of the service;

• To offer you the opportunity to create an account;
• To deliver goods and services to you or to send you a quote/invoice;

Your personal data will not be kept longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the statutory retention period of 7 years for personal data that are important to the Tax and Customs Administration.
What data is processed and how long is it kept?
In the first place, personal data is processed when you fill in the contact/registration form. When completing the form, your name, e-mail address and/or telephone number will be requested. Depending on the means of contact you have chosen, this is necessary to be able to contact you. This data is also used to inform you in the future about certain services that may be of interest to you and to send you valuable information. This personal data is stored and kept until 2 years after the last contact, or until you indicate that you no longer wish to be informed.
In addition, additional personal data is processed in the event of payment processing. This includes your name and address details, telephone number, bank account number, date of birth (for a happy birthday) and, if applicable, your Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number. The personal data that must also be processed in order to comply with legal requirements (such as invoicing and tax returns) are retained for 7 years in accordance with the statutory retention period.
The general legal basis for the processing of your personal data is that this is necessary for the performance of the agreement. Without this personal data we cannot contact you and we cannot provide services to you. In addition, a longer legal retention period applies to certain personal data, as indicated.

Your privacy rights
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, within four weeks at the latest.
